Facial clay information:
Red clay - Revives and brightens the skins complexion, reduces redness and soothes discomfort caused by irritation. This clay improves texture and tones. Suitable for all skin types including sensitive.
French yellow clay - Gentle and mild, draws out oil and impurities from out the skin while releasing essential minerals back into the skin. It is a powerful cleanser that leaves the skin feeling smooth, fresh and tones. For all skin types including dry and sensitive.
Pink clay - Deeply cleans the pores without stripping off the skin's own protective barrier. Pink clay contains Silica mineral which improves the skin's elasticity, cell regeneration and skin tone.
Normalises sebum production and has a disinfectant effect and restores impaired tissue function. For all skin types including sensitive.
Slowly add 1 to 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water stirring well with a non metallic spoon, until a smooth paste is formed.
Using the facial application brush provided, apply a thin layer to the skin. Leave for 10 minutes then wash off with warm water. For best results, do not let the clay completely dry out as this may cause irritation. Instead, wait until there are a few patches of damp clay.
Pat the skin dry after washing the clay off and use a good quality moisturiser. Use 1 - 3 times a week.
Facial Steamer Information
Rejuvenating - Hibiscus, blue cornflower, marigold, chamomile.
Suitable for all skin types including sensitive.
Use the steam immediately before applying a facial mask as this will allow the mask to penetrate deeper into the skin. Steaming your skin enables the skin's pores to open up and the goodness from the botanicals to really get to work on flushing out toxins and debris from the skin. It will decongest the pores and boost circulation, helping the skin to detoxify and deep clean.
Use before a clay mask treatment. Clean your face before steaming. Add 3-4 cups of just boiled water to a bowl. Add around a tablespoon of botanicals. Cover and allow to sit for 3 minutes. Drape a towel over your head and the bowl making sure its not too hot. Steam your face for 10 minutes keeping your eyes closed during the steaming process. Use 1-2 times a week.
